| A partir del 1º de febrero de 2025, el valor de la Unidad de Medida y Actualización cambiará a $ 113.14MN. Por lo tanto, los umbrales para la notificación de concentraciones se actualizarán cuando: | From 1 February 2025, the amount of the Measurement and Update Unit will change to MX$ 113.14. Thus, the thresholds for the notification of concentrations will be triggered when: |
| (a) El valor de la operación exceda $2,036,520,000.00 MN. |
(a) The transaction value exceeds MX$2,036,520,000.00 |
| (b) Un agente económico adquiera el 35 por ciento o más de los activos o capital social de un agente económico con activos o ventas anuales de al menos $2,036,520,000.00 MN. | (b) An economic agent acquires 35 per cent or more of the assets or capital stock of an economic agent with assets or annual sales of at least MX$2,036,520,000.00 |
| (c) Se adquieran activos o capital social por un monto superior a $950,376,000.00 MN y en la concentración participen dos o más agentes económicos que conjunta o separadamente, cuenten con ventas anuales o activos, por un monto superior a $5,430,720,000.00 MN. | (c) The acquired assets or capital stock amount to more than MX$950,376,000.00, and the assets or annual sales of the economic agents involved in the transaction, jointly or separately, amount to more than MX$5,430,720,000.00 |
